One of my favourite go to places. This mall has been consistently performing and serving us well sinceate nineties.

So beautiful and clean. No crime, you will have your piece of mind there.

All the shops were nice packed. You can see everything you want in places.

I went to Mug n Bean and I had a lovely experience and excellent service.

I was doing a job in rustenburg and stopped in for a coke. To my surprise, Waterfall Mall turned out to be really nice and very well kitted with all the shops you could want and need.

Its a very beautiful mall in Rustenburg. They are different type of shops and restaurants inside. Theyre some public toilets inside the mall

The experience has been the same over the years... hardly any entertainment. Same old shops. Lacks lower and upper class stores. Could do with a new fresh coat of paint. Cinema definately needs an upgrade. Id rather drive to Johannesburg or Sun City to watch a good movie.

Being part of the building of this mall was a an experience and half. I love the ceiling, the design of this mall is so beautiful. I just dont like the fact that bank are scattered and u have to go right inside the mall to go to discherm ☹️ imagine being very sick and all u need is medication now u have to go inside 😖. The restaurants are very small and always full so u need to qué for a seat.They have shops that I think would have been better in town than in a mall. Its just a shopping center nothing special except for the design

Not a bad mall, just wish they would put up signs at entrances to indicate which shops are closest to that entrance and get a proper digital map of all shops on Google so shoppers can download it with ease

Very fun after 9 pm there are no activities to do

Mostly clean.In the morning very quiet and not alot of people. Until around 2pm the amount of people inside of the mall triples.Very alive and busy.If you want to go to the mall for a quick stop i advice to do so before 2pm during the week and on sundays.Saturdays are very busy anytime of the month and for a personal bubble persone Id avoid the mall at all cost during a Saturday regardless of the time.The mall has most of your go2 shopping stores with a few extra different stors. Nothing out of the ordinary.Not alot of brand named stors but still a few.Its just a basic mall, with nothing out of the ordinary.Except a little train over the holidays.

I love the peaceful shopping..please add more shops to your mall.. Rustenburg doesnt really have that mall where you can get everything at one place..and it would be so convenient. And also please can you have even if just one halaal eating place...its so sad walking past all that delicious food and you cant just sit and enjoy..Traveling is one major part of exploring in my life and the most convenient is finding a place where you can just sit and chow and unfortunately, the mall doesnt provide that.I was hoping that with the expansion, there will be more available..with covid ,the opportunity to be more creative has presented itself...and nothing so far...Spark it up..give the kids a place to go and be normal..have a section for them.everyone is under so much stress and so much has happened..offer us that one place we ca just go and woooossssaaa...have a garden coffee zone.. a ice parlor zone..kiddies zone...a donut zone. Krispy cream is expensive for no reason..give the shoppers a day to remember, so they always come back to enjoy the mall

Plenty parking. Easy to find. Mall has sanitizer points here and there And it feels safe. I found helium for balloons at the crazy store and their food court is large and friendly.

Its a welcoming mall, it feels like Instagram live.

Great place has all the necessary shops. Great parking. Safe and secure. Great for kids as well

This is a real five star Shopping Mall with great shopping experience. It would really be helpful for visitors to Sun City if directions to the Mall could be displayed from the exit of Sun City right up to the entrance of the Waterfall Mall.

Convenient shopping mall, which consists of some of South Africa’s major shops being pick n pay, woolworths food and clothing, edgars, mr price, mr prices sports, queens park, bathu, Absa, FNB, Standard bank, telkom, Vodacom, Mtn, cell c and many more shops including restaurants! There’s also a virgin active for those who love keeping fit!

A decent mall, to get a parking spot its very difficult. The mall is crowded.

It is a cool place. Lot of shopping stores, A Cinema as well as a gaming centre. I also like The Cotton On Store✌👌 easily reachable

Awesome shops and layout. Love the parking area.Maybe more info stations at doors if you looking for a specific shop. Good free advertising as well as people see whats available.

Its a great mall but it gets full. People walk all over and its very easy to get bumped or to bump into the next person. In most malls, people walking in a certain direction would walk on one side and people walking to a different direction would walk on the other side. Its not really a rule that was set out but it actually made sense and walking a breeze.

The car guards and security of staff at the mall especially are so helpful and friendly I think the rest of the shops staff can learn something from them

I hate the fact that shops dont adhere to social distancing when we que to pay. Nobody monitors this. I also hate the fact that they lock the small gate leading to Cuckoo street during the day

My daughter loved the train ride.

Not visiting im working at the mall, and i dont apreciate the time mall close on even if we are in level 2and we still closing late, and now we are in level 3 we closing late, and when we have to travel we have problem with transportation then curfew arrive while we still on the road to home, that means police will arrest us, for something that im not over control off

The new Dischem store is beautiful. Wide variety, salon, clinic, dispensary and health supplements. Make shopping time a pleasant time!
