Good morning.I went to the store at Rustenburg Midtown Mall on the 17 July to cancel my laybye as Im relocating from the area,when I explained to the Store Manager my problem she told me that I cannot cancel the laybye and I asked heris that in your policyshe said yes and I left the store..I checked their policy and it say you can cancel the laybye,which charge you 10% and with my airtime I called the store requesting to speak to the manager and explained that I was at the store wanting to cancel my laybye and she remembered who I was luckly.I told her that the policy says I can cancel and she still insisted that I cannot.I requested the head office number and her answer wasYou can Google the numberwith an attitude,I told her that Im not going to do that,can you kindly provide me with the number.She provided me with the number after and said I should come back to the store so that we can fix myproblemand I refused because I was there and she couldnt help.I called the head office and spoke to the regional manager who apologised and promised to get back to me after an hour and he didnt.I called again later still using my airtime and was given another regional manager by the name of Paul,he called me and when I tried to explain the whole thing that happened,he didnt want to hear the whole story but wanted to know if they refunded me or not?He requested that I send him my proof of purchase via whats app because by then I was on my way to Joburg and I did that.I requested that the store manager send me a formal apology via email the next day which was the 18 July or call me and he said he will tell her to do as per my request,I still havent heard anything from the store manager...They processed my refund yes but my whole complaint was about theservice I got not about getting my money back...Worst service ever,especially from a whole store manager.
