Poor technical serviceAlarms systems is always having problemsthe new app alarm is not working properly, an alarm activation will go off and only 4-5hoirs later ADT will receive a notification for an alarm activation.i will never recommend ADT after spending more than R70K of security upgrades there service does not justify using them.

Ive been trying to cancel our armed response contact for a month as weve relocated. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS!!!!

Its safe and convenient

Poor service!! ADT installed an led light for our alarm system which only worked for a week or two.We requested a repair, thinking they will most probably provide a warranty. We were charged a call out....and again it only worked a week or two after repair. We are certainly not paying another call out for their poor workmanship. And to top it off...we are moving business premises and are battling to get the contract cancelled. They are certainly not a company that put their clients first. They dont even deserve 1 star.
