Always dread going here.. you will always find a queue and find it very busy. Staff are slow and dont care about customer service. 😒

If the Post office is under staffed i think there are people who are willing to work part time to speed up the work system. Unpacking the international parcels and sending out sms for collection. I understand due to Covid-19 this can be slow but some people have been waiting for their parcels for months now and are scared that they may get lost or sent back. I would prefer to go in person to find out about my parcel than calling.

When you find a real good staff member, they are real helpful but there is this one old lady who hates her job there,unfortunately she didnt have a tag name. I was ready to expose her,she doesnt want to look for international parcels but other staff members take their precious time in finding those parcels. Anyway, keep it up to the rest of the staff

Very slow with unfriendly staff

The service there is poor.. The staff are rude. They never answer the phone.Got ther just before 5 and the security was rude and telling they wont help me because they are closed, and I told him it was not 5pm yet.The lady that was helping me was so so rude, unfortunately she didnt have her name tag on.Those people must just let to be proffessional....

Mugging hotspot. 6months to move parcels from jhb int mail to rustenburg.

They always let me hold for more than an hour for a manager or supervisor concerning my query, they dont answer phone mostly and they dont return calls either. Very poor service

This post office needs to be moved, its in an incredibly dangerous area

Its in a dangerous part of town .There are always mile long queues with only 1 till working . If you go here you will wait for hours to finish your business .The place is super dirty and the staff arent very friendly or trained well .
