Great staff. Perfect excersises

I was sceptical in the beginning seeing that I was doing the normal gym routines for the past couple of years. Due to time constraints and perhaps a bit of laziness I opted for the 20 minute ‘magical’ Bodytec treatment. I can just say that I’m pleasantly surprised.The trainers are really exceptional. The way they assess and the enhance the training is commendable.A must for any person with limited time.Keep it up,

What an amazing team of coaches. Professional and motivating. The coaches push you to do your best and to improve on previous levels. Results can be seen (and felt) with the first few workouts. If you are short on time, yet want a GREAT workout, I can highly recommend bodytec.

Happy Birthday Bodytech!!!!After my Fibula fracture, I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my physio gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise I’ve returned to Bodytech that understood my limitations and adjust my exercises accordingly, within weeks I’m back on my original exercise plan.Thank you Tanya and team for all your follow up messages and interest. Coming to Bodytec Rustenburg has simplified my life. I am a mother of two little kids and dont have time to go to the gym every day for an hour. But 20min a week is completely doable. A great way to get some exercise/training when you have limited time! Once per week sounds insufficient, but afterwards you can really feel your muscles had a propper workout! Also, great trainers who get you pumped up and keeps the spirit high!

I love attending my sessions and actually look forward to it. The team is friendly and so supportive and they take care of me for my special needs due to medical reasons. The workout sessions are great and from day one I could feel it had immediate impact on my posture and muscles. Hi to everyone at bodytec, thank you for your professional help ,, with me and with all my leg and knee problems I was scared I hurt me instead of better but I have to say Im not a day sorry for you and can after 2 sessions feel a difference to my strength of my legs and even my knee I feel as if I am now more confident about walking without feeling that my knees and legs under my will give in and do not feel so tired after an end they were always tired and out of breath. I recommend anyone to try Bodytec over gym especially if you have weak muscles like me. Thanks Rustenburg Bodytec I will stay with you as far as I can.
