Will never recommend this place! Ask you R300 to rent two outfits for a day, dress up outfits..of course you would think you would get a deposit back if returned in good shape..like any other rental clothing..no nothing at all! The lady also let’s you fill in the form and sign, then gives you the price’s afterwards, so no turning back now because you signed! Daylight robbery! staff is rude and not helpful! No thank you! Never again!

Good for childrens school dress up. Career day or themed events. Lovely costumes

Rediculous.. Absolutely rediculous... If your party is not 2 weeks away they refuse for you to try on an outfit.. When speaking to the owner she cant even give you her attention or could care less to try and assist.. If you state when your event is... And your honest.. Your told no... You cannot try on.... I would never think to support this woman and her business. Please guys dont waste your time or your money for that fact. ( I have many choice words for you lady).

I wanted to rent multiple pieces for around 20 people, i asked for some kind of amended price, since it will be a big purchase, was told no. if ever you want to have your business work out, go the distance to recruit new clients. this is the first party shop that does not accommodate big purchases. i will take my business elsewhere, thank you!

Very rude and unhelpful services . Unempethetic and no care towards customer relationship. Will not be returning . Owner very unfriendly and not helpful . Trying to receive help from the owner and she cant even look up from her phone. I would NOT recommend!!

Lost of costumes, you wont be disappointed that there are not in your category. They have other accessories also

Help us wth nurses uniform

We were helped by an unfriendly assistant. We bought 2 x balloons and filled them with helium. The 1 balloon was ruptured, but the unfriendly lady refused to compensate us for their faulty product. I recommend customers to rather support the party box business in Noordvaal drukkers Centrum.

Wanted to go on a saturday but they closed before 1. Their sign outside says they close at 1. I was there at 12:20.

Would never recommend place ... Very bad service! Rent dress at their most expensive ... Come home see dress is torn and chopped everywhere ... flowers already fallen off! Take the dress back early the next morning and say sorry - no girl can look like that on her birthday! Offer to change dress ... 2nd dress in no better condition! According to them, our duty to look after condition of clothing! Room dark where he looks at dresses! Rude / Rude / unprofessionally! They can close - Many people complain about their attitudes and condition of clothes! My Lesson Learned - Thinking People Exaggerate! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
