I agree with Lesego. My glasses brokenand I was due for new ones. I went for my eye test 30 Nov 2020 and were told two weeks AND it was marked urgently. Well here we are 23 Des and still no glasses. No answer at both offices and still no glasses. I am going to report this to my Medical aid. I never before had to wait so long 10days max and thats not even marked urgent

I was told that after my eye testing it will take only 14 days to get my new spectacles but instead almost a month. I called them every 3 days with my own airtime to check my new spectacles, I got the same answer everyday that well call when your spectacles are ready. I didnt even get an apology. I didnt want get funny at all, I just wanted my spectacles because I needed them because I was starting to strain my eyes to an extend tht I had countless headaches, I couldnt do anything at work.
