Good responses from sales

They put in old parts and then I get the car back with a lot of stuff that no longer works when I take him back. Their answer to me is that it is not their problem. Then they said they could fix it but they were looking for more money. Then I let go of it I would go to another place and I see for myself what the mistake was when they realized they were wrong and then they wanted to ask me for new parties again.
