What was the point of DSV calling to confirm a feasible date and time of delivery if they were not going to stick to it? Not only did they deliver a day later, but they also did not call 30 minutes ahead of time (as promised) to confirm if I was home to receive the package. On top of that I was told that the delivery guy was irritated and had an attitude because his call was not answered, yet DSV requested contact details of next of kin for such instances. Very disappointing, I hope to never deal with DSV again.

Worst service ever! Lied about delivering on the 9th of July, we waited whole day for delivery, they informed us no one was home. Then we were promised delivery today before 12h00, my mother canceled an appointment with her oncologist to make sure she is home, it is 16h00 and still no delivery. They can now explain to MTN why we cancelling the contract.

Im still waiting for my parcel and its been a week now.

Had to collect my parcel as they showed no interest in delivering after it had arrived in rustenburg almost two days prior. Outdated numbers on website and a call center with no operator. Worst courier in SA. if you want service courier guy is fast simple cheap and effective, postnet also wonderfull.
