Towels were bad, it know better days. Thin and raffeled. Breakfast was bad! I rather go without breakfast. Aircon did not work properly and was noisy. Aircon provide warm air although it was set on cold. After 9pm it was noisy and no-one stop the noice. Rooms 112, 113, 114 on 10th of Oct was the cause.

Good to rest for the night before going on road trip

It was just okay. Could have been better, maybe keep towels by the pool, and a fan in the lounge. It was unbearably hot, and no cocktails at the bar. The breakfast area could do with a sliding door. Overall decent for just one night. Id personally prefer a shower instead of a bath tub for hygiene reasons.

Good customer service and very reasonable

Its a very decent, i love the room, good breakfast its different everyday which I thoroughly enjoyed. Room is cleaned well when you ask them to clean. The only reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because they opened my door without knocking on my door, not once but twice, basic etiquette is knocking and checking if someone is in the room regardless there is no do not disturb sign, i couldve been naked. Please knock.

The swimming pool was so dirty, we were there for three nights but did not swim at all seeing it was not clean. We even requested for it to be cleaned but still but either than that the place is nice an breakfast is always on point. Oh can you please add microwaves in the rooms

The hotel was clean, and everything was well kept and very neat. The lady at the reception, Magda, was excellent. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, she even organized for my family and I halal breakfast. Will definitely go back there if I’m in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and large.The only criticism is that there were a number of pieces of small litter items on the grounds around the establishment, in the passages etc. This detracts slightly from the overall experience.

Great new hotel. Rooms were clean with big beds, nice breakfast included in the price. Friendly staff and there’s a pool. Affordable accommodation close to sun city.

Wifi troubles but otherwise clean and quiet environment

Very clean and well kept. Security was present as soon as I arrive at gate. Thats good for safety so you dont wait for long outside. I thing breakfast must be served earlier at 6:30. Even if they make muffins and coffee.
