Horrible horrible 😭😭experience. We were told my son (5years) is making noise!! The lady “don’t know if she’s the owner “ came shouting to us! What a bad customer service 😭😭 they can’t even provide full cream milk for breakfast. They make you eat chips for breakfast. We were also threatened that she will call police on us(it’s 8:40 pm at night and we don’t know if we have a place to sleep). We had a very uncomfortable 😣 stay. Her attitude is very filthy. Worse part she told us she’s giving us a 1000r fine ! Based on what contract 😳. If you are family of different colour I wouldn’t suggest you book here.

Dreadful and Unbearable Experience!!!🤦‍♂️😒The ill-mannered approach from incompetent caretaker or owner (Heneka), it was shocking!!!. She was shouting, disrespectful and refusing to listen. She was showing extreme dont care attitude towards us because of our skin colour. She really made us feel that we are less than. She didnt value us or our money except for people of her kind.We were promised 5 channels on TV only 2 snowy channels are playing. Rooms not looking good. TV and aircon remotes were not working. Cold water tap was not working. No bath towels. If you are lucky you will get Wi-Fi signal when you are standing in a right area. From what they call buffet breakfast, the is a note saying!!! portion size per person: 2 eggs, 2 bacon or chicken patty and viennas, 2 Toast. If you are a family or traveling in a group, guaranteed you will get R1000 ticket fine for noise making and you will be told to get out of my house. The manor of approach of caretaker (Heneka) to us, it was shocking!!! She was shouting, disrespectful and refusing to listen to us. Showing extreme dont care attitude. It is her word or the high way.

Terrible, terrible service, bad attitude towards people of different Coulor.They make you feel less than a guess and value others of different Coulor...Even when we are paying. Such place Shouldnt be operating on this century...Rooms are terrible... Wish them all the best.... 🙌

Positive: The welcoming was over the moon, We were received with love and good welcome. Thank you very much. Negative: we come from far we were suppose to be there before 9, but they still waited for us, in a nut shell there in no 24hours but i will book again with them.

Positive: I liked the peace and quiet, as well as the fact that everything needed in terms of shops is in very close vacinity. Theres a lot to do around the area so the location was also perfect!. Negative: There was nothing I didnt like, everything was exceptional and the service is absolutely out of this world..

Positive: The staff and the cleanness of the place as well as the breakfast was very nice. So pleasing. Negative: If only there can be security or 24h front desk person to deal with noise makers from other rooms. The drunk people that are not respecting that other guest are sleeping.

The owners are very nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming, however the workers were not too friendly and most of the time very rude. The kitchen is very untidy. The place has great potential for improvement and renovation.

The rooms were clean and nice, reception awesome. Will definitely come back

Not good as it looks on the website. It has an old feel. The kitchen was not tidy, microwave was very dirty. However at least the basics were covered. Its okay if you just want sleep wake up and go but not for quality leisure.

Place is ok for a nights rest, no wifi as promised,breakfast the same everymorning,n o guests shampoo/soap

The guesthouse workers and servants are very friendly and polite, the rooms were fair lastly I have a major issue with the dirty pool but the weather wasnt fit for swimming so I give them the benefit of the doubt (no reason to keep it looking dirty and all).

Lélectricité nest pas pratique: interrupteur au milieu de la chambre, (on rentre dans le noir)..
