Extremely slow service despite there barely being any customers,and the fact that we just ordered chicken strips..We ordered burger combo meals where as to find when we got home there arent any fries and had to drive back and ask for our fries. Then we wanted to order extra chili cheese bombs as well and were told they are finished. We then ordered chicken strips and waited 30 min?!. Not to mention the cashier being extremely rude! Asking us in an rude manor what flavor do we want. We told her what flavor, only for her to snap attitude and reply yes but what flavor after we had to repeat to her again!!!2 families of 3 waiting for take aways and the service was absolutely horrible...30 min just for chicken strips???? A handful of chicken strips? After having to drive back to ask where are our fries.

Items missing from order, phoned the store no help. It is not their fault, its Mr Ds fault as the order was placed on the app. Package was not tampered with..so yeah to customer service....

I ordered 8 wings for R88.00 I must say I was very disappointed, I orders smokey BBQ flavor I got non marinated wings no smoking BBQ I thought I was gonna get. Never AGAIN!!! Im crying for my money

Very disappointing. This outlet literally only has 40% of the menu items. Many of the menu items were not available...not even peri peri wings! No sauces. Limited burgers. Worst Rocos I have come across so far.
