I received immediate and friendly help. The personnel was very supportive in their help to solve my problem with my decoder. The attendant (Shadrack) who assisted me was very helpful. He listened to my complaints, made the correct assumptions of the possible problem; took the correct spares out of their lockers, arranged payment with my credit card before I left the shop; then followed me to my home in the DSTV vehicle. At my home he immediately made an assessment of the damaged dish, and because he had brought the correct replacements along, he repaired the dish in no time.He is a most efficient and friendly man, and DSTV can be proud of such an employee.

Contacted this outlet the installer that was sent out to our property to add on did not do the installation properly. I contacted the installer and he said he did nothing wrong but both my secondary and third decoder shows installation wizard. I explain to him what is wrong and he expects me to repeat myself. I asked for his Supervisor no and was told he has gone home and I can phone tomorrow to sort out the problem. I specifically took an accredited installer so that I do not have any come backs. Yes well that does not Eem to be the case. So now we have to wait 24 hours as Datv says that the installer must come out as he did not soe the installing properly.

Seriously 3 exchanges until I get a working modem. And always offline
