My first experience was very good.The male Doctor was very energetic and keen to know and check the problem in me.He listened to my every cry concerning my health and took it serious even made recommendations.Another thing is he would always make feel welcome by asking me hows varsity,am I passing and what not.When Im curious about something Id freely ask him and hell answer me in full.As time went on as I went for check-ups,the service started being bad and unwelcoming.The receptionist ladies were so rude to me.They do not know how to speak to clients.I was not impressed by the way they treated me.And the worst part is that theyre ruining DR MC Taus general practice image.That doctor knows how to treat people and he gives you time to explain your problem,hed even ask me if there are any problems that are left just to confirm.He gives best recommendations and very suitable medication.Theres this other Doctor its a woman.She doesnt know how to treat clients too.I remember my last checkup there when she was checking my BP I said that I often become dizzy and cant see clearly and she said,gao bone gore o pale yang,gao na madiOkay I understood and knew that but she could have said it in a nice way or maybe try to keep quiet and give me the best medication. I was so hurt by her words and everything that I suggested she was against them.I suggested that she writes me a transfer letter for x-ray but she refused.I was so angry to have wasted my time and effort.Im no longer going there,Ive changed doctors.Because of their stinking bad client service and refusing to hear my issues.I am just sorry to DR MC Tau.You were the best.I was always satisfied with your service.Because of the staff you hired or that was hired by the Department of health,they made me to hate that place.
