Very disappointed in Netstar.Got my Ford Bakkie on the 05th Oct 2021. Up to date 14/Oct my tracking unit is not being installed. Done a payment for 36 months alreadyBeen calling them almost everyday and the answer I am getting is that tomorrow we will be finalizing your schedule date. Mind you, if the vehicle get stolen or hijacked. I am liable and responsible for that.A bad/ poor service I have recieved. Today, if no team is coming to install the unit. Ill be terminating the contract and move to the other service provider.
