Its ridden with theft and very unhelpful landlords. Expect to pay a pretty penny when moving out too, since theyll have no mercy on your deposit.

I hate Elephant view,I was a tenant here for 3 years,I always heard other tenants complain about crime here,I was robbed twice in 1 month 2018... security is useless,they might be the ones robbing for all we know.how can one guard be on duty on a big complex like elephant view,impala must do something about this security company, absolutely useless...they dont patrol...what they know is to stop tenants at the gate... people Rob us inside the complex, and nothing is done,wow
