I got better service at home affairs.The waiter was playing on his phone and 2 of my orders were wrong.Everytime we needed something we had to catch his attention to be helped.He never came to fetch empty cups or plates while we ate.His name is Clifford.

Pleasantly surprised. Had a lovely breakfast, Rancherks omelette - highly recommend. Reason for 4 stars - only for length of time waiting for food and coffees otherwise would have been 5 stars

Always look for a waitress named Constance, shes my go to waitress as she understands everyones unique needs and taste.

It is really the most untidy Mugg&Bean that me and my wife visited. It looks not to bad from the outside but inside it looks very poor. Tables and chairs in a very poor state. We will not visit the Restaurant again. Sorry but this is how we feel.

The worst service ever received from any Mug & Bean Franchise.1. Mug & Bean promise to give you a free piece of cake on your birthday. This franchise refuse to meet the promise.2. Due to vitality points received, a free coffee is promised and once again this franchise refused to grant a free coffee.

In the short time I have lived in Rustenburg I have been here three times. Every single time my order was wrong, my bagel lacked the toppings listed on the menu and the last time there was no Cappuccino available, at a coffee place. This is just unacceptable considering the price of the items on the menu. I will not be returning.

Place is too dirty! Walls have black tapes that are peeling off! The one waiter left us alone without taking out orders only to fight with the other one that we called for assistance.... I cant fault the food so compliments to the chefs! This franchise just needs to revamp the place or keep it clean!!

Lets me say this , your Breakfast and Food is good , But Your waiters need some work , they must come to Melaneza for some training in the manner they speak to Guests , The way they serve Guests and dont dare to come 2 minute before opening time , they wont help you and tell you to wait until opening time to order and why is it that Serious Cappuccino cups are not in Stock for a Cappuccino takeaway.

The staff is friendly, but the service is very slow. Waited too long for our food, and then the chicken wings came without the blue cheese sauce. The burgers are also a bit pricey for what you get. Dont mind paying, but make it worth the while (and the wait...)

The meal, a salad bowl, was excellent. I would have been glad to have the option of a sugar free salad dressing! Perhaps I should have asked. The service was good. The decor is typical of Mug&Bean, good. The coffee was OK.

The coffee is normally too hot . They serve cold drinks with a paper straw that makes it taste bitter and gross , the straw also gets mushy .The service is very bad , the waiters take ages to ask for your order and to bring the billThe prices on the food really arent good either . Id rather eat at Spur

Really like the vibe and the service offered. Waiters are very friendly and always ready to help. I especially like their Caribbean mochas. Ive had bad experiences elsewhere, but they always deliver.

This place is quite nice open the word as a friendly the food is nice I like it for breakfast I always call them its a very big open place you can either sit out or sitting indoor

Very dissatisfied. A month ago we ordered toasted sandwiches. Received standard bakery bread (stale) Ask to see manager. Waiter came to assist telling us they ran out of stock. Went back today 26/11/2017. Ordered hamburger. Small bakery bun with small patty. Not Mugg n Bean products. Send food back as I was not prepared to pay R74 for a R20 sub standard burger. Again ask for manager and again a waiter arrived apologize saying they are out of stock. Will NEVER go back again.

My order was mixed up. Had to wait quite a while then for my food. My grandchildren was finished with their food by the time I got mine

Been there twice whilst visiting rustenburg, both times lacking service. Second time ended up walking out because we were not served. Don’t suggest going there when there are plenty of other restaurants happy to help you.

My daughter had flu and was coughing. One of the staff made her a hot drink of honey, ginger and lemon. That was extremely sweet.

I waited half an hour to order one glass of coke and then another half our to finally get it. Place looks great but the staff needs attention.
