Fast clean and always shorter line than competition

The food was good but service poor. Card machines werent working, my order was messed up. Not only me but two customers before me and more after me which I witnessed while eating

I went their one night when my Sister in Law were sick and I were amazed by the speedy service provided we didnt step out of the car, they sanitized hands and they brought the order to you in a parking lot very excelkent friendly spot on service

KFC over all became very expensive. Today the paper stating the ice cream mechine is not working was posted at the corner so saw this when there was already 2 other vehicles behind me so to get ot of the drive thru was now impossible I had to go through the drive thru whilst the KFC did not have my desired product availible I had to waste my time to wait to get out of the drive thru. To go and support the opposition Burger King who gave me delicious soft serves to keep my 3 kids happy and me and my wife aswell.

Drive through is very efficient. Their card machine is setup correctly and could tap and drive off. No fear of covid19 cross contamination during my visit, an absolute yes if you’d ask me if I’d visit again.Only drawbacks were, the tasteful chicken doesn’t last! 😁😁Definitely fresh oil in their fryers!

KFC wont see me again. I contacted the area manager (predominantly). KFC staff had a seriously unprofessional attitude towards customers. I waited almost 40 minutes in drive through for my order. I was 2nd customer from front. The customer in front was extremely upset with KFC and that caused us all to wait. Understandibly the customer was extremely upset, but made the ENTIRE queue wait. Refused to move and switched off her car. KFC made NO attempt to defuze the situation and just said we must wait for her order to be complete. This entire distasteful situation happened after I was at the Waterfall Mall KFC branch, they were closed with no explanation. And acted arrogant and impatient with us as clients asking them why they are closed.
