I bought earphones and next day took them back and requested my money back on 29 May 2021, person helping me said he doesnt have cash, then said he will ask the owner to pay it back into my bank account, still waiting!

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I got I spend R2400 to fix my Samsung A30S not including my petrol driving 9 times in to town and the screen is still freezing and getting hot I was yelled at several times to leave the shop this buisness should not be open no Customer service and the way they speak to a woman I will never make use of them again.Pathetic service and even worse after sale service.

Worst customer service ever.
