I phoned ahead to find out if theyre still open and was informed that tbeyre open until 19h00. I showed up and had 2 keys cut. I left again after about 10 minutes, very quick, efficient, and friendly service.

6 weeks later, my shoes have still not been repaired. Still waiting. Rather try somewhere else.

Repaired dress shoe heels, a week later the heel came off again.

The service from the manager/worker(?) has always been terrible. He said his name was Silver, but if course I cant vouch for that. He is very arrogant and all our friends agree on that. When I fetched my leather purse that was handed in to be fixed, it was still in bad shape. He smiled, gave my money back and shrugged his shoulders. When we wanted spare keys to be made, it happened every time that the keys didnt fit and we had to return another 2 times before it finally fit. My husband was very upset about his shoes as well. The prices charged are ridiculous. Guess where Im going right now? Back to Multiserve Waterfall Mall again, for the third time, with 2 keys that still dont fit! My advice? Stay away! Ill try Builders Warehouse next time.

I had misplaced a key for one of the rooms at the house and didnt know the number of the key. I went to multiserv at 18:45 and a gentleman by the name of At Fourie assisted me. He told me to whatsapp my location to him when I get home and he will come over to assist. He came over at 19:20 with a bunch on keys and it took him just a few minutes to get my door open. He told me to make a turn to his store the next day to collect my new key. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ONE CENT. The service and workmanship is excellent and I will always use and recommend multiserv Rustenburg. 5 out of 5.
