They check my car problem very quickly

Not happy with the service department.After experiencing minor issues after a service I was told to bring in my car so they can investigate the problem. They will then proceed to order the relevant parts and I have to bring in my car for a third time to replace the parts.All good and well if you live in Rustenburg, not so good when you have to take a leave days(2) , drive 200kms for someone elses negligence!

I booked my cx5 in for repairs, They were instructed to look at the tweeters for a noise. They used there oily hands to take of the covers and now it is stained.Who is going to fix this ???
