The GHETTO POOR SERVICE waitress was RUDE and failed to explain when we asked for the menu that on Sundays only braai is served

BAD EXPERIENCE!! The SERVICE was SLOW! The WAITRESSES were JUST CHILLING and IGNORING US! We were served by THREE DIFFERENT WAITRESSES and THE FOOD only CAME AFTER AN HOUR but when it came THE ORDER WAS WRONG!🙄 AND WE WERE told to wait for the right order AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR!!

RGC is one of the best clubs to go to around Rustenburg, the food and service are on point. And the renovations made this place more welcoming, thanks to your DJs for good music.

There are platters for groups, there are individual dishes for when you want to eat alone, the also accommodate events such as baby showers and bridal showers. It always feels like home when Im here. Their cocktails are terrible and taste like syrup with listerine. The waitress that served us she was also so bad, she only attended us after hours and despite us returning the terrible cocktails she still charged us full prices for the cocktails without inspecting what was wrong from the side, and if the cocktail was as per the expectation. Clearly their customers service is very bad and really have a lot to do to stay competitive, they have to understand the impact that bad customer experience can have in the sustainability of their business

1).No 1).No hubbly during the week.. and you cant even bring yours.2).We wanted to have a chat with the manager since the waiter seemed like he didnt understand what we were asking.. but the manager on duty didnt even bother coming to us for assistance.. instead he just gave the waiter a feedback on something that we werent even asking about and continued watching God knows what on his colleagues phone. So we left

Not impressed with the food and super slow service. We were the only people in the restaurant, ordered breakfast and it took 45mins to arrive... the steak was tough and inedible and the sausages were tiny.
