There was no person/employee to attend to clients entering the butchery. No wipes to clean trolleys and baskets supplied, only sanitizer was available to clean your hands. Really think this is irresponsible regarding Covid protocol.The service inside are very good though 👌

After we bought a month pack, and we asked at a casher about the meat we received because we werent happy with the quanty as we bought this hamper every month.We were told its not her problem it has nothing to do with her.My husband said the quanty is not as usual we know the price is up.So when we got home and we stay in swartruggens we weight the meat and over 2 kg of meat we never received, and how the meat was packed was terrable look like meat was pack for dogs...Never will we go back because this isnt the first time we received bad service at Hyper.
