It’s always nice doing building, electrical, plumbing and amongst other things in this store. I love how clean it is, the customer service, how they are always willing to help customers. The cashiers are also friendly. Keep up the good work. The store is big ey, which explains why they had to move.

Its builders, theres nothing to say further. If I were them Id put down a tea garden on the premises, cause shopping for home chores can be exhausting and sometimes you gotta have a little chat with your spouse about loading too much of it in the basket. 🤷🏻‍♂️

- No client service from staff.- Cant buy goods and gets it delivered without opening a card.- Goods bought must be taken the same day.- Most items never instock.- Builders lost a sale of around R73000 from me.- Will never ever make use of Builders Rustenburg again.- Thanks to Buco Rustenburg for providing all my needs.

Talk about convenience! From your garden tools, pool, plumbing, electrical portable tools and many more! Love that they open on weekends too which is more convenient for those unplanned home jobs! Great service from their lovely stuff too, never been disappointed by their service, keep it up Builders employees!

Strugle te get hold off assitants at the power tool department. Today was the third time in a week whereby i had to go to the info deskTo call for assitance. I hope something will change soon.

Good store but not much assistance offered in store. Paint section customer service needs a lot of improvements. Had a bad experience with them when they could not assist they just said they dont have the product after agreeing amongst themselves to fend me off, of which I was told by the electrical section I will get the product from them.

Its a nice store, but unfortunately the service is terrible, no sales person to assist you. Its really unfortunate that a store such as builders has no customer service.

We were a little disappointed at the person helping in the garden department. We wanted to buy fittings to water the vegetables garden. Half the stuff didnt had prices. We ask for assistance. Got 1 price and then he dissappear again without asking if he can assist. Needless to say we left and went to Obaro and got what we needed there with assistance.

I am always like a kid in a candy store when I enter builders and then spend way more than I should...Builders Rustenburg used to be a shopping experience when they were at the old site. Now some items are either limited stock out of stock or some items which come in pairs only one. Bring back the panache that shopping experience..

Very good any home or building material required is there. Home improvement furniture, Gardening, tools and DIYs is thete.

Staff were very helpfull and friendly. It is really a rareity to find every thing you need under one roof with out hearing its on order or Supplier is out of stock Keep it up guys.

Its a good place and has everything u need for your home,but I suggest they open a gate for people who dnt have cars at the side of the mall just after u jump the road.

Nice big store with most of the stuff you need

An amazing shop with tones of DIY goodies, yet I find most of the staff a bit cold, and reluctant to offer help,yet when asked they give an answer. The live plant section is lacking and has slowly dwindled to over priced stock. The plants need more than water to survive. There is a million different items, yet somehow as a bulk supplier, their prices seem to be higher than the supermarket on daily use items, and I can get the same product at my local hardware, cheaper and with much friendlier service.

EXP 1: Went to buy Drop Sheets. On the internet is showed the branch had 24 of a specific brand and many others from other brands, however there was absolutely nothing. Employees did go and try and find any stock, but was unlucky. Very clean. But they need to get their stock aligned correctly.EXP 2: Went online to view their available wheelbarrows. To my delight I found that they had a wonderful special on the BW wheelbarrow. They had plenty in stock. Got to BW. Went to view the wheelbarrow...and to my dismay they were not even assembled yet. How can you run a special when the item is not even fully available???EXP 3: Looking for a new microwave. It is available on Takealot, but I thought Let me shop in town rather... On their website BW showed 3 in stock of the specific microwave (Defy 30l) I wanted. Went to BW. Got to the appliance section, only to be told that they did not have this item available and that it is on its way. Further to be asked Are you sure it was this branch that had it in stock? There is only 1 BW in Rustenburg... How can I go wrong.The worst is, if you call, they will also say they have stock, because they also use the same website we use to view availability.I am now GATVOL with BW in Rustenburg. Whoever the manager is.... sort this out please. And sort your pricing out. Why are all the prices not matching with the item?? Where is your helpful staff?In general: Yes, they have loads of other items available. Its BW! They are supposed to have so many items. Some of the staff are very friendly - Thank you to all staff that were running around looking for the items for me... The store is always super clean. Loads of space. Quick service at the contractors side (just not the till there). I would love coming here if their stock was up-to-date. Plant section rarely has people assisting there. I almost had to cut my own net the other day, luckily a gentleman from BW came out of his section to assist me.I will edit this review once I have been proven that BW can deliver.

The new Builders Warehouse bigger and better, lots of parking. Spacious and a lot more on display. We enjoy the nursery and the plants are of good quality and really good value for your money.

Good experience all in all. Staff in electrical and kitchen departments are super friendly and very helpful. Couldnt find anyone to help me with seeds in the outdoor department though. If I looked harder I probably would have found someone eventually, but I was in a bit of a hurry, so just left without what I came for.
