The best hardware store in Rustenburg. It has everything I need and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The shop is awesome. It stocks what you need (or order what they dont have) and deliver at your address for a reasonable price.The shop LOCATION, on the other hand, is very bad. It is situated in an unsafe part of town. I was mugged right outside the door as I entered my car.

When you need advise you can just and the lady helped me and my son. Very friendly and helpful.

The first three people that I tried to get assistance from, had other things to worry about... yes, I am not the most important customer in the world, but doesn’t deserve a cold shoulder- this lost you 1 star. All of the rest was pretty darn good! I got a sales person that gave me attention, helped me make my decisions by giving me stellar suggestions. Very good customer service, if you need something that they dont have, they will order it for you, fast and friendly. The Paint department is the best in town, with affordable, competitive prices. A absolute joy to shop there.

Awesome staff.Before lockdown, they served coffee to their customers while shopping. Shelves are not to high and products are easy to reach. Dont for once they might not have what you would like to have, they might just have it.

As a DIY fanatic, this is my go to in Rustenburg. 10/10 they will have all you need from plumbing to electrical, building, gardening, painting etc. Yet unfortunately a pink overall, has not yet been found :) I find the ladies in the paint and plumbing sections are a bit impatient and not very enthusiastic, yet the building side, general supplies, electrical and even the staff in the yards are amazing. This is quite a big property so ask at the gate for the department you require. The check out has two security checks, so have your slips on hand. Just remember when doing pickups in the yard, it has little nooks and crannies, ask for directions, if you dont ask you wont get, everyone will help. Check the specials tables in the electric department, you are most defiantly likely to pick up a something. I prefer the parking inside the premises to the street parking, there is ample and with the departments in different buildings makes it easier to drop and go, when visiting them all.

Staff dont know their stuff. Went to all tools sections, they referred to plumbing, then they referred to paint and the paint team didnt know the flushing seal, went to tills until the guy helped me.

I bought material on the 03/07/20 which was a special order and promised that it will be delivered in 7 days. After two weeks I still had not recieved them. I called and went to the store on numerous occasions to enquire. Atleast one of their employees, Mike was helpful and would always call me to update me. Finally he informed during the week that I should come today, 15/08/20 to collect my goods and he did deliver on his promise. He is an asset and a force to reckon with when it comes to service excellence. Unfortunately I met a manager called Hensie whom I was trying to express my frustrations to, and to my surprise he was rude and uncooperative. He thinks he is bigger than the organisation, instead of apologising for the delay and not keeping me updated he spoke to me like Im working in his farm if he has one. He should be taught the importance of keeping customers happy, maybe send him to a customer care course and he must work on his attitude if that is how he behaves towards customers. He should be reminded that customers are the ones bringing in the revenue and paying his salary.

It is a large place, you walk miles to get what you need because most of the personnel are not at all helpful. Then, you pay for your items and are searched at every entrance/exit. What takes 10 minutes elsewhere takes an hour plus at Buco.
