The service is horrible. They nice before taking your money and then give substandard products. When you complain they arrogant and never care, including their CEO Sarie.Their employees are sooo scared of them.I bought wooden blinds last year November and since then they came 3 times to remove and fix them. In the process one was damaged and they now refuse to engage on it. This blind pallets are skew from the fixing of the manufacturing,.and they expect me to live with it. I will not rest until this is addressed, and maybe they must replace all of them.
