I have brought my last 4 bikes for Cycle Zone, great knowledge, wide price range, I would recommend them to anyone who need a new bike of maintenance.

I was happy that I got a good bike but I found out that the bike I bought the price i saw in they website is not the same as the one I bought the bike with I then went to ask I was told many stories and different ones by the sales man and the owner nxa I was not happy at all

We had been very loyal customers over the years. In total bought 3 bikes, gear and bicycle rack. But Ive learnt that the staff have very little customer etiquette and arent shy to be rude or talk about you when they think you out of ear shot. I therefore change my review from 4 stars to 1 star. If you not planning to spend lots of money then dont expect friendly service.

After spending 20k in the Last 2 years at this place i come in to have a baby chair fitted onto my bicycle. I was asked do I not understand in a derogatory fashion and my bike was jerked around. After asking for my money back for labour I come around the corner and am then being discussed as to why I had brought an old seat?? Isnt it my choice? They were sour purely because I hadnt purchased the seat by them. Will NEVER spend another cent there. Funny part is they dont remember how much money I have spent there. Loyal customer LOST!

Realy one of the best cycle shops in the area. Friendly fast and knolageble staff.

Im afraid I cannot say the same they didnt treat me well all of them but more specifically the white lady, she deliberately ignored me simply because I am black.

Absolutely pathetic, bought new AMclassic rims there, the spokes all came loose within a month and they made up excuses for it and said they fixed it, 2km in to my next ride wheels broke again and then Farid gets upset with me about it and starts a fight with me and tells me he never told me I am putting words in his mouth from the last time, and they sell old model bikes for the price of new ones, absolutely trash place!
