Best place to shop for your house, friendly staff and lots of stock!!!

Nice to shop but far to small for everything they got and for clients to walk in the ails.

The level of service is bad, all the staff standing around the till chatting away when you ask for help you dont even get greeted and they look at you as if you owe them something. Then coming to the till going to the open till she just leans on the counter and doesnt help, not even a mam this till is closed pls use the next, nothing, then i have to move all my stuff to the next till, just to be told i will have to carry the big pillows and duvet sets by hand because they dont have any big bags. Really? Very disappointed with sheet street waterfall mall. I dont think i will support them again.

I got there at 2.50. Got told that they close at 3 so they cant help me. But the app says it close at 5. Can someone please assist or change the hours . Plzz

The staff spends too much time chatting than focusing on customers. I shop here every month and thats what seems to always happen. Almost like youre disturbing a gathering of friends.

Bad customer service afternoon of 24 Jan. The staff need to realize that we as customers pay their salaries, if the shop closes down due to lack of sales, they have no work nor a salary.
