I love this CTM . My brother and I went looking for a specific kind of tile which they did not have but within two days they had ordered it and delivered it to our home. They have a huge selection of products. It is really a renovators dream. On weekends they have music and some games for the kids so your kids can come play while you shop.

The loading of the tiles and cement process took a very long time.. they can definitely do better..

Unfortunately not helpful at all, the tiles that I need are only available in George and Mossel Bay..... Now wait for it... Wait for it... They cannot get them for me because its not in our country.... Well I have put a call to their head office, sales department, they made more sense lets see what develops.

At first we were impressed with the the variety of tiles. It took as an hour to decided on the tiles we wanted to use just to discover they dont have any in stock rhe same with the other we wanted. So we went to the shower tsps. The ones we wanted they dont have stock on.

Tired of hearing it is a franshise thats why there us nonstock available... But o we can order if I THE CUSTOMER pay for courier👀👀👀

Not very good service unfortunately. Asked very specific advice but were given answers that werent really related. We were lookung for a replacement tile due to breakage. However, not even an attempt at showung us a similar pattern or possible alternatives. A dissapointing visit.
