Very bad Racist attitude from Consultants

I got a very bad attitude from the guy at the door and it wasnt the first time. My husband spoke to the guy English and he responded in tshwana. He said he doesnt understand him and the guy at the branch was telling us that him too, English is not his home language. I asked him why is he always rude, he said we cant choose which language to communicate with. I just walked away

They should give their staff working in front with the customers taking tickets, enough training to listen to customers! I wanted to close a business account and they hear, open a account. I had to repeat myself multiple times with no success and just leaving because i had to spell out what it was i needed help with. I love FNB, but not the FNB Rustenburg Square Branch. Take my bank fees and give them some training!

Needs more assistance outside for ATMs

Went to this branch to reset a Wesbank Atm pin. Told me they cant help. I must phone the number on the of the card. This call center told me to go to the branch..... They need to do the unblocking! They even suggested to go to a different branch as The Square branch is confused about procedures.
