A very bad service, since they had my car on the 20th of May even today no feedback, nothing, every time I call different story and different excuses. I need my car to go to work and to take my kids at school. At this point am spending 1000s a day just to make ends meet.

Title: GOING OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICEI had terrible customer experience purchasing a new bike from KTM Revonia.Out of pure frustration, I called BMW and spoke to Jared. He listened to my ordeal with empathy, even though he was not required to do so. In 30 minutes, BMW offered me a more-favourable deal on my existing KTM, than KTM themselves. BMW offered to settle the KTM at the purchase price, and offer me a brand new BMW. This is way more than what KTM was willing to do for their own bike.Within no more than 8 hours BMW agreed to settle my bike, arranged and managed the entire transaction approval process, and had my new bike ready for collection.On my way to Rustenburg, last week Saturday (10/11/2018), to deliver my old bike and pick up my new one, I unfortunately hit a new road surface and had a horrible crash. I was 15 minutes away from the dealership.I called Jared immediately after the crash and after making sure I was ok he sent someone and arranged for the collection of my bike. He called and messaged me throughout the day to make sure I was ok. my wife and I are extremely grateful!I would like to thank Jared, a representative of BMW and BMW SA for the outstanding way in which my situation was handled. BMW turned my first time bike owner and accident nightmare into a pleasant experience.It is experiences like this that make BMW a premium brand, for which I am quite happy to pay a premium.Legacy Rustenburg BMW Motoradd, you have a customer for life. I took my car in for a service, forgot my Bluetooth Earphones in the car, got my car back and to my shock, my earphones were not there and guess what? Nobody saw them. It’s really sickening that you do one mistake, forget your own stuff in your own car and not to find them when looking for them. I honestly thought I was dealing with decent people, hoping I will find them. So disappointed

Best customer service with good sales team, Ive driven two pre-owned BMWs and 1 brand new one , all my services and unknown issues with car they have always been there for me .Its the relationship that they have with the customers that rate them out, and updating clients about the good upcoming offers. Its also exciting to know that even on Saturdays the other service departments are open.
