I really wouldnt recommend any 1 to take their car to Denttect, they lie, they have no sense of urgency, they will bluetick you when you ask for an update. It took 3 months for my car to be fixed, then once it came out I started noticing issues with the car, which they have not attended to currently.Please lady and gents, if you dont want to be frustrated dont take your car to Denttect.

This is my first time using the panelbeaters, but Dent tech panelbeaters in Rustenburg is the worst, 3 colleagues of mine also complained and warned me about them with regard to their poor service and always have to follow them to do their job. Unfortunately I didnt choose the panelbeaters myself, my insurance chose them for me. My car has been with them for 33days now, with no signs of being fixed anytime soon. I dont know which service providers they using but the part has since been ordered, there is one story after the other with regard to the part delivery, no sense of urgency at all, I doubt their team follow up on this. From where I see it my car will be with them for the next 2 months, in the mean time I will be using taxis to go to work as their customer. Their workshop manager is so arrogant, I was even told by him that they can write off my car. I am so disappointed. Theres no transperancy at all between them and their customers, I had to nag them to give me detailed information regarding the repairs of my vehicle. My experience with them as a black single parent is heart breaking. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They actually deserves to be given - 10 rating . I hope the CEO sees this and act on that.

I went to dent tech for a quotation....it is going for 2 weeks now with no feedback. Am still waiting for simple email. Guess i will have to find a more reliable service provider outside of useless Rustenburg.

Kakest pannelbeater that i have ever been to. Would rate it a - 10 if i could!! Took my car back 6 times, the last time it was there, they tried to silicone/glue my bumper in place, it wasnt even a major crash, simple fix, new bumper and it would have been sorted!! Incompetent staff all the way throug DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Useless service car almost standing there for 3 months for only small body repairs, parts seem to never arrive, they also have no urgency to finish

So disappointed! Our Ford Ranger was in for dent repairs last week. But the work done is sub standard. The bakkie was filthy inside after the windscreen had been replaced My prescription sunglases were stolen. So no good review from me!
