I took my car as my insurance selected the panel beater.The scratch the car and put the wrong part in the car.I understood mistakes happens, but after I collected the vehicle it has dust had to take it to a car wash.My navigation card was also stolen while in the repair, was told it is my responsibility should have removed it from the car as if is a USB flash drive.The item cost over R4000 to map it.

Terrible workshop... They use your car to do their own personal business, scuffed my roof lining, broke my seatbelt clip mechanism and even stole a ring I had made from my keys... 10/10 would not recommend.

Worst service from a panelbeater so far, and repair work below standard. Car was not up to standard of repairs on the 5th of February 2020, was initially told my car would be ready on the 6th, went to see the progress after not hearing from them at around 16:00 on the 6th, staff member who opened the gate had beer in hand, and was shown the vehicle, there was new paintwork needed and was told ill have it during the week.Went to collect today after being assured my car is perfect, got there and some of the faults pointed out was not even adressed. And more was found. The inside of the bonnet looked terrible from scratches from the dent repair, terrible sanding marks on the bonnet, so the bonnet has to be repainted. Tried calling their Franchisee a couple of times, phone goes unanswered, and he was not at the premises when i requested to see him.I will seriously recommend people to stay away, I was forced by my insurance to take my car there, and I feel like pulling my hair out.
