Fun complex to stay in

The owners here really care

Best complex by far. No issues with security, they have 24hour patrol. Been no reported crime for more than 2 years. This place is very underpriced, you can get a large 3 bedroom unit for next to nothing. Other complexes are smaller and more expensive. The management is also good and Fred Paints is busy painting the complex. This complex is managed by von Wielligh property management. The units have prepaid meters and there is access control for those living inside the complex. Because of the 1 road access crime is low. Parking is a bit of an issue though, there was poor planning when designing the paving.
