The place overall is absolutely fun and refreshing, we wanted to go on the hard bikes but they were not available, so we decided to do the go carts but to our surprise only one was available and we had to take turns, which made it less fun than it was supposed to be.At the paying both by the entrance I advice that at least they let us know more before we pay when we go by a squad so we can all enjoy simultaneously.
The place has a lots of potential. Unfortunately on the day I visited it only 3 quart bikes were working, only 2 go karts were working. The current system of paying for rides/ games at the entrance and no fund for rides/games that are unavailable or you couldnt attend to is unprofessional and unfair on the customer.
Kids had fun, but a lot of walking to find the places, with no clear directions.
A waste of my money...The place is a good idea but poor poor execution. Price list includes something that is not available. Equipment fails, no technicians on site now we have to move to another activity. Dont mention the fact that the ice there is water so you cant skate! Ticket booth ladies made it feel like they forced to do their job. Argh man the less said about this place the better...UNSATISFACTORY
It is a nice place but the staff noo they only minding their business, they do not car about people, some of them were drunk even. You walk around along unable to ask anyone for help or directions. It is a great place to be but they need to fix where they lack especially staff members.

Utterly dissapointed in this venue. Besides the fact that activities are extremely expensive, the service also lacks. At the gate you are informed of limited activities because you have to prebook events as a result of their system being out of order. We will not spend time and money again to support this local venue!
Lets start with the good stuff. They have greats activities. Quadbiking. Go karting. Segway. Bounce. Archery. Paintball. And a lot more. The logistics are a nightmare though. You must decide your activities and pay for them at the gate. If you change your mind and want to add an additional activity then you have to go back to the gate to do it. If you want food you must also pay at the gate. They need more speedpoints at every different activity and at the restaurant. They need variety of food. Also the Zipline is not working yet but its in the advertised material.
I will not even waste my time writing a long review detailing all that is wrong. The place has potential but opening it too early (while its still a construction site) and the ridiculous prices they charge for a place where half the rides and games dont work half the time is what will kill this place.I would not recommend it and would definitely not come back
Its expensive but worth the experience. There was only coldrinks and fast food (allot of foods that were unavailable on menu)being sold, no chips or sweets.

It took us 20 minute to enter on a public holiday with 7 people in front of us. Fast food was non existent. 50% of the bowling lanes were operational. Only 2 of the 9 bumper cars were operational. Paint ball was fun. Go carts were fun. Overall ambiance was mediocre.
Very good place to relax and has many activities 😉. If you need a weekend getaway this is place.
Shockingly disappointed. Stay away. The park is a stunning concept but everything is broken. The staff was eager make the best of a bad situation but they seemed embarrassed to work there.We booked for 70 adults for early arrival but when got there, there were empty beer bottles and dirty food containers laying around from the previous days guests.Well forgive the flooding caused by the previous days thunder storm which they scrambling to sort out.We were assured that we would be the only booking for the day but other guests started arriving around 10:00.There was only one quad bike that worked and it is suitable for a 5 year old. The track was flooded and the quad bikes didnt like the water. The other quad bikes laid broken on a heap.There was no axe throwing.Only one pellet gun worked.The paintball guns all malfunctioned and the overalls was so old that it could not button up or zip closed.There was only 2 go karts and it seemed you risked your life to ride them.There were only 3 archery bows and their sights were missing and almost all the arrows had flights missing. Everyone had to shoot at the same 2 targets, I expected each person to have their own paper target.Due to the massive shortage of functioning equipment it took very long to do the activities. We were bored from all the standing around waiting our turn. Due to all the time wasted we were unable to get through all the activities.We are very sad to have wasted a day at Ten Flags.

Ee came in and paid R350 for 7 people entrance fee. Only 3 go carts are working, only 3 bumper cars are working, no aircon in the bowling and I jump. The bowling lanes are not working. There is nothing to do here. It is just a full disappointed, no adventure at all. I do not understand why did you charge the R350 entrance for...Everything is being renovated, which is great for the park - but not for us as visitors. We just feel we came to a building site 😢Keep your money and go elsewhere - its nothing like the photos.
This a perfect place to take your kids out Im the afternoon for a fun filled day, then at night it turns into a club that is amazing and safe

This place has a lot of potential.When we got there there was long line and the security at the gate was very rude.We did the ice skating and it was great however some of the activities we couldnt do due to the shortage of stuff.I am really disappointed by the service.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
Ten Flags is a nice place, it has most interesting activities such as the ice rink. Most of the people never had an experience of being on ice until Ten Flags brought it to their door step. Their Bowling alley allows kids as young as 8 years to experience and learn bowling. Their kitchen has nice burgers (Hawaiian Burger) Not just that but it also offered most of the community members around it employment.
The place is soooo underwhelming...their website is a misrepresentation of the place...main entrance system is a nightmare ....I honestly would not recommend it to anyone...

Great development. Some facilities were closed, but those that were open - worth it ! Using prepaid card system sort out the cash and change issue. They will get 5 stars once it opens completely. Close to town, little fuel to spend
If I could do anything right in this world. it be to tell people to avoid this place at all costs. Heres a list of why:- A group of us went to visit, it look 20 minutes to get in without there being a queue. One cashier was there.- We were charged R80 entrance, and when we got inside, we realised other visitors were charged R50, which is the standard price. So theft basically.- You pay for what you want to do when you enter the park. We paid for go karts. We then walked to the track to see there are only 2 barely-functional go karts, and you do three short laps for R100.- Absolutely no refunds.- Swapped our activity for another. Bowling alley had 2 lanes open, rest was broken.- Arcade room had around 20 machines, 10 worked.- Snow and foam room? LOL, its currently a dry concrete block.- Maze? Its like walking in a large blown up jumping castle, but a deflated one.So if youre in for a day of your money being taken out your pocket for absolute no reason, this is the place for you.#TenRedFlags
So many fun activities for both kids and adults.. Only issues are short staffed... Place is too big to walk around all day, maybe if they had like mini carts to transport people around to activities

This place is still under construction hence a lot of negative comments, Im sure itll be better next yeah... I wouldnt recommend going there for the go carts tho theyre in a horrible state and only two of them worked when I went we ended up not even going on the carts because of their state... Other than that I feel like its an okay place you pay once and can do the activities all day(theres no limit in the amount of time your allowed to do activities like ice skating after paying once).... Hoping to go back next year after its completely finished for a probably better experience
We did our end year function there today. What a shocker. Last nights party not cleaned up. Staff tried there best but not a person who seemed to be in charge. Food was shocking. This was an absolute waste of money. The worst thing is that absolutely nothing is in working order, not the quad bikes, go-carts kept breaking, paintball guns in a state. The place is not clean. HORRIFIC!!!

I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone, its a total waste of time and money. They do not have enough equipment and most of the equipment that was needed for activities were broken or out of order. The staff are rude and had nothing proper for us to eat our meals with (cutlery). There was absolutely no preparations done for our group and as said nothing was working.

Its unfinished and so the vibe is super weird. The staff are weird and not very helpful.We paid for entrance, hardly anyone was there, and it felt so unsafe and weird my 6 year old cried. Almost everything was not really working.Covid 19 has obviously destroyed a lot. Perhaps this is when you see it most. It was a sad day really. Still, the vibe here is weird. Its like someone had a big plot of land and a great idea but didnt get the right people in to make it work. It just feels amateur. Should have called the ATKV guys down the road for help.
They advertise things like Putt-Putt and Tempim bowling ect, but nothing is working. Tempin bowling only two lanes were working, and everybody was waiting there to play. What a waste to pay R50 entrance fee but could do nothing. Spend 20 min there
I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Not only is it the service that was terrible and the amenities that was shocking because nothing worked but the worst part was the fact that when we arrived, the previous days beer bottles and food containers were standing everywhere (They clearly had a big party the previous day). The place had an awful smell, clearly there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival. Most of the bathrooms didnt have toilet paper and the doors couldnt even close. When we received our food they didnt even provide us with knifes, we had to eat with only a plastic fork, we ordered drinks and we are still waiting for them. There was no sign of any management and the staff was all running around as if they didnt know what was going on. Please think twice before spending money on this facility unless they improve drastically.

I would not recommend this place. Its in a terrible state. Safety protocols are not in place. Most of the activities advertised were under construction. The Quad bike track was flooded with rainwater. Unprofessional staff, dirty restrooms. The food was not up to standard.

What a rip-off! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Most, and Im not exaggerating, at least 70% of the activities advertised are NON EXISTANT! And you only find out after loading your card with money (non-refundable, of course) and entering the park.They only have 1 working Quad Bike and 2 Go-Karts!I will admit that the paintballing was awesome, good course with tires and cars.No ice skating. No fun slide or anything water related. I cant even list all theyve falsely advertised, theres so much!Dont get your hopes up.

We had our year function there yesterday. Food was extremely disappointing, no cutlery, no clean plates and the venue staff are not helpful and have really bad attitudes! The Venue was dirty, smelly and not at all what we expected. This was an absolute waste of money. The worst thing is that absolutely nothing is in working order, not the quad bikes, go-carts kept breaking, paintball guns in a state. I would suggest looking at other venues and not consider Ten Flags.
Bare in mind its still a new establishment, but I had a great time regardless, good food great activities my favorite was the ice-skating rink.

The best place to be in Rustenburg the experience is always fulfilling new activities every time you visit the place from day activities to night life the experience is just exploding with fun, families can enjoy sleeping over at villas or camping site and still carry on with fun filled activities, the food is just nice you can choose between food court and a Kasi experience of chisanyama wow Im out of words the concept is out of this world.
It was quite an experience, from camping to activities. It was raining the whole weekend, but I had a great time. I would definitely go again for another weekend..

I enjoyed the paintball so much that i would be coming back to do it again. I was disappointed that i couldnt do ice skating due to some fault from their side. Nonetheless Im happy with the experience and Ill give 5 stars
