I dont know the paramedic who saved me but Dec 2020 I was involved in a car accident by the KFC robot. I dont rember much except seeing two faces in the ambulance before a seizured how they were so calm and so friendly I never got to say thank you for helping myself and my husband. Im still recovering but the gentleman who saved me thank you so so much.

My elderly mom, living on a farm approximately 60 kilometres from Rustenburg, fell and broke her hip. Med24 ambulance services were called to fetch her and deliver her to the hospital. They provided professional assistance in a very compassionate manner. They were called upon again late at night to transfer my mom to a hospital in Centurion, which they again provided promptly and professionally. We want to express a special word of thanks to Sifiso, for the clear and precise report provided, as well as the understanding and experience demonstrated of working with the elderly. He remained friendly and professional throughout our ordeal. Unfortunately we did not catch the name of his colleague who supported Sifuso and also demonstrated professionalism.
