Really poorly run and designed complex-lack of screening and basic concepts of functionality and comfort. Disregard completely for others in the area and basically an eyesore that just add to the noise and traffic. Pointless security, no accountability and fiscal ineptitude. Already things are falling apart just shows below average build quality. Overall they must have barely got it off the ground as construction was halted serval times and companies went insolvent and builders revolted. Wouldn’t suggest even considering it, even if for rentals-you will lose out.
