Deons has always given good quality service. I have never had to take a key back for re-cutting.

There was a time when I would drive across town to support these folks, as I frequently did. My last visit however left me with a bad taste in my mouth when the only person that acknowledged my existence was the lady mopping the floor. I stood for 25 minutes without getting assistance. People came in after me and were immediately served. When I spoke up and said that Ive been waiting for quite some time, the big bearded man walked right past me to serve the person behind me.Thats 20 years patronage from me gone.A pity, because their workmanship has always been without fault.

Always very willing to help out with keys and locks

Broke car keys on a sunday afternoon. Called standby number and got excellent help. When paying i shortpaid the guy cause i was so mixed up in the mind, and guy ddnt even remind me that am paying him short. Only realised later that i short paid the guy. Excellent friendly service. My car key broke off in my ignition, and I was quoted over R 1800 by Nissan to remove the broken key and replace it with a new one. Deons sorted it out for me for less than R 300. They were very helpfull and friendly. Would 100% recommended them to anyone!

Good key and Lock Smith shop. The old ladies can be more friendly. We dont all know keys like you and whats the point of showing my id to have a key cut?

Whenever I need any type of key I dont even consider another establishment: I go straight to Deons Locksmiths. They always have a a solution to a problem, always have what I am looking for and provide service while I wait. The owner is on hand and the receptionist/teller knows exactly when to field a query to him. I dont have to over-explain what I need and their solutions are immediate and cost-effective. It is a relief that I can get what I need to complete a home DIY project and, with their assistance, dont have to worry about call-out fees. They cut any type of key on the premises and while I wait. I can truly recommend them to anyone - I have been going to them for many years and their service is always top-notch.

Brilliant

Excellent service

Surprised to find a place which can open antique locks and provide a key at a very reasonable price.Their friendliness and costumer relation leaves a lot to be desired though.

Good quality workmanship.

I took my car keys there and they fixed everything and a day after my car was malfunctioning and when I called the other locksmith he found that at deons they put super glue in my keys.

Great services and customer care is awesome though waiting time can be a bit long

Excellent service and friendly staff

Great Service

Needed a Latch Lock for an ancient sliding door, a verbal and simple sketch of the lock required got me what I wanted. Thanks!

Help is available. It sounds like their motto. They give sound advice and stock is always available.

Fast and friendly service at a very affordable price. Highly recommended

Friendly service, always willing to help and a wealth of knowledge in this family run business. If they cant fix your locks or sort it out, I doubt anyone can.

The only locksmith capable of duplicating my key

Service is slow, but reasonably priced. Staff are not very friendly or helpful.

Thanks deon and team for the amazing service will definitely recommend deons locksmiths absolutely brilliant service on my mitsubishi

Very good service.

Good service but a bit expensive

Quick friendly service.

Very friendly and helpful. Also quite cheap

Excellent and friendly service all round!!

Extremely efficient.

By far the best locksmiths I know.

Friendly service. But I did struggle a few times to get them to cut a key correctly. It is very inconvenient to go back every time for them to fix the keys. Id rather go to a locksmith that gets it right the first time.

Very good at cutting keys, fast service

Worst workmanship and customer service ever experienced. Job Card no. 9790. I took door handles of a 1964 Mini Cooper S to Deons Key service to remove the locks so that the handles can be re-chromed. By the time they removed the locks the handles were cut with an angle grinder and one was actually broken (they obviously dont own a punch set or know what to do with old lock sets) Took me months for them to do nothing about it; just lies, lies and more lies. Avoid them like the plague.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable. they know what they are doing and have the right tools.

Very efficient locksmith for car keys

Excellent service resonable prices

Helpful and friendly staff, but on occasion we have needed to get keys recut to work, but they have been the best locksmith that I have discovered on the West Rand. That are also available for call puts.

Great service ....highly recommended

Good service and helpful

Superb service

Quick and helpful for cutting and getting keys

They helped me cut a special key that four other locksmiths could not help me with.
