Des Plumbers

The most arogant people. Horrible service. Will never use them agian.

New tap fittings they installed broke within first month, even from day one the taps squeeked when turning on, hired a different plumber to remove their taps and replace with Cobra, had no issues since then,

Contacted them Friday afternoon to fix a leak. I explained the problem and the receptionist said the plumbers have the tools and spares with them. They only arrived at 17:00 and then the plumber did not have tools. He used mine. And he wanted to duck-tape the leak. I could have done it myself and the leak is now even worse than it was before they arrived. Yes, I know they will return the next day (Saturday at a premium fee probably) to bring the right tools and spares, but at this stage I think I will be better of attempting to fix it myself as they do not appear very professional.EDIT: The owner contacted me personally and apologized. He said they would not have charged extra because it was their mistake and he agreed that his plumber was supposed to use his own tools. There was a misunderstanding with the receptionist. The plumbers do have extra pipes and stuff on their bakkies, but the particular spares that my problem required was not available and because of the weekend the store rooms were already locked up. The duck-tape was supposed to be a temporary solution.

Ridiculous service and prices, will never use them again!

The worst experience with this company, and rip off prices!! Poor preformances.
