Absolutely the worst Romans in the group. Pizza standard is low. Waited over an hour for my delivery ice cold pizza. Zero would be a better score

Good food, quick service. There are other restaurants much nearer that serve the same food, but Id rather walk all the way here instead of buying from another pizzeria. You have to try the sweet and sour chicken pizza, my personal favorite.

Beyond frustrated with this Brand and Branch. We cant get a bloody pizza ordered !!!! After several (4) dropped calls and the only response is we are experiencing high call volumes ... How busy can one shop be if I am left holding the line for 5 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 2 minutes and 7 minutes (all this while my wife is trying to master the online sytem which finally worked) only to hear that delivery will be in approximately 90 minutes with the addition of a R41 delivery fee !!!! Where the hell is the convenience except for not having to drive there myself ??? ... the only system that seems to work with Roodepoort branch is to show up in your physical flu infested capacity, wait in line, order, pay, wait and leave.

Their pizza is always great, but this thing of someone screaming your order number is old school, i mean its so busy there, its easy to miss you order.

Told your food will be ready in 20min, then you wait another 20min because, and this is the staffs answer, the seafood was still frozen. Then when you get it eventually, the seafood Pizza still has the taste of watery frozen seafood that was soaked in water to defrost. Sorry the worst seafood pizza I ever had, in my opinion should be taken of the menu. Krugersdorp very disappointed.

Their Pizza and Lasagne are perfect any time. They are good at predicting the correct Waiting Times. Highly resourceful in helping the customer to pick up the most appropriate Pizza combination.

The service was very slow this time around. I ordered Pizza Pies online and went to the store 30 minutes after for collection. When I arrived I was told they werent ready yet so I waited thinking it would be another 10 minute wait. Little did I know that I would wait for a whole hour 😔. It was a bit of a disappointment, but it was the first so I guess it just wasnt a good day for them then.Overall their customer service is always great and pleasing 🙂

I feel Romans can be more organized. It has happend that we have placed an order over the telephone and when we get there we still have to stand in a queue along with people who still have to order. What is the use of ordering over the phone.

If you want quick service just order via the phone and just go collect.

During this hard time, we had a very well prepared couple of Pizzas. The service was good and the establishment was sanitary. The chicken mayo pizza was up to standard with other outlets that I have been to , serviettes were given freely and we did not wait longer than necessary.

Wanted to have a sit down lunch werent allowed so our family of 9 left. Nobody even came to tell us directly we were just looked at something the cat dragged in and when my dad asked whats wrong we were told. Its level 1 why no sit downs?

1h30 waiting time for a single delivery order without explanation or apology . After this amount of time , having arrived at the store I was informed that it had not even been made yet.

Wilrogate is my only spot for Pizza, I like to thank the staff member who nicely asked three delivery guys to put on thier masks properly however one guy refused to put his mask on as asked then he asked the guy to step outside & wait for his order there but the delivery guy got angry & shouted that he is cancelling his order, thank u Romans Pizza for caring for our wellbeing.

Worst experience!!! They want to warm up a seafood pizza, that is risky! Manager not willing to make a new one! He said that he would eat it warmed up. Not sure if all food is safe...

The internal staff are fine but their outsourced delivery guy is pathetic. Being there was because of his failure.

Always love this place. Very good specials sometimes and i must say that they make the food with love and so much respect. They care about their clients and always smiling when they attend to a customer, Thats why i always come back for more. I only notice now that they actually care very much about people not only the customers. They have a sign that says If you dont feel save come into our store until you feel safe again so thank you for always sticking with your time frame to wait for your food and thank you for always smiling and keeping your customers happy.

Tonight we purchased pizza from the Wilro Gate branch of Romans Pizza. We were really looking forward to our first Romans pizza since the reopening of take away foods. We were sadly disappointed in the quality, there was hardly any toppings on the pizza. We should have just eaten a slice of bread. It would have been much nicer.

Food was good and arrived in a decent time (I sat down and ate). Service was a different story though.The ladies at the front taking the orders didnt seem to want to help at all, even so far as I had to ask them to serve me. When I asked for my drink before the food she merely placed it on the side table and walked off.The only redeeming person was the guy from the back that brought me my food. He was extremely friendly and very helpful, his smile was the only reason for the stars I give here.

I have supported Wilropark Roman,s for about 10 years up to 2 years ago, when Dominos opened at the same centre. There service is much quicker whilst you watch the time run down on a screen, to a maximum of 10 minutes awaiting.I have always been reasonable satisfied with Roman,s uptown today the 2nd of February 2020. I am writing this message whilst trying to enjoy a Seafood and a Four in one of yours.The crust is the worst I have ever known and tasted in my 66 years. It is hard and tough and difficult to consume.Never again Romans as a choice to my family and I.

Im not happy with the pizza Ive ordered. Im allergic to wheat and gluten. I asked the lady several times please it must be wheat and gluten free base. She repeat the order and she also said gluten free base. Last night Ive come home I ate my pizza and I got a reaction it was not gluten free.

I have been to this Romans for years and even though the service is not the greatest (waiting time is always long) tonight during loadshedding was beyond pathetic. Order was placed at 19h30 and then there were issues with their generator, electricity was back on at 20h15 and yet we still had to wait another hour while people walked in, placed orders and left within 20 minutes literally while multiple people sat for almost 2 hours. Romans Wilrogate management should really look at how they prioritize their customers. I will never again go here, absolutely disgusted. You should really be able to rate places in the negative.

The pizza is what you would expect from a Cain however the fact that they dont deliver or support Uber eats is super frustrating and very inconvenient.The idea of fast food is to be quick and convenient.The staff helping is so overwhelmed because of the amount of people at the counter that the service sucks.
