Service is good and fast, and Ive never had any issues with my order.

Food good but always cold, staff not friendly

Not great being that they just have to follow a recipe. I also understand that its fast food, but no matter when you go there, they always ask you to park while going through the drive through. As they are slow. Rather go somewhere else.

This Burger King drive thru is so fast and they are accurate with your order. I use this branch regularly. My only complaint is that they are closed during power failures or loadshedding.

Ate in side, was quick with the order that was a bonus didnt even wait less then 5mins

This thing of driving ahead of the window so that the timer doesnt show long dwell time is not on. You need to respect us as customers.When we pay and place orders, everything is fine but when we collect food, theres timing issues..Fix your problems!

Ordered a whopper with cheese and no onion and chicken wings. The order took over an hour to be delivered, everything was cold and there were onions on the burger. When I tried to call the store there was no answer. If I am going to pay a service and delivery fee then I expect some form of service at least. Totally disgusted and will never order from any Burger King again!!!

Out of all the BK branches Ive been in, this was the best.The food is the same as the rest.But the staff in this branch are the best.The setting is new and quite clean and presentable.Its now my preferred BK branch.

This Burger King use to be great , but for the last month or so . They have had stock of bacon for the 2nd or 3dr time and the manager just says no stock from the supplier. Surely if you run a fast food restaurant you will make sure you have stock ..

Been waiting two hours for them to hand over my uber delivery. Poor delivery guy has been sitting there an hour. Bloody unprofessional that. Dont see how 2 items takes 2 hours.

Terrible service, shop is a covid 19 hazard. Its always full to the brim and the service terribly slow. Delivery drivers are always full and take away customers. Its time you improve quality of your service

Very upset with this branch. Usually buy from them because its close by to where I work. Yesterday I thought let me brag about this Burger King to my brother while I visited him in Krugersdorp. So we googled the closing time as it says 10pm. 9:13pm we arrived at the Burger King as we drove all the way from Krugersdorp which is 25km away. 1 customer inside the shop. An employee comes running out and said that they cant help us because the lady that just came out is their last customer for the night. How pathetic to close your doors and turn away a usual customer because of time. Word of mouth will be spread of this pathetic place!

Not the best drive through experience. We waited for over 30 minutes on the que and our food was cold. Which means the food was prepared some time ago and there is no mechanism in place to keep the food warm. Truly disappointed with the service levels.

Hit or miss, you either have the best experience or the absolute worst.

No vegetables on the burgers. Oreo ice cream with no sauce only Oreo crumbles and the ice cream is off. The chips are also off, as well as the packets of tomato and mayo sauce. Almost all of the food is off. Would not recommend to anyone.

The TV ads are a lie, the burgers are so horrible 😫

Absolutely terrible service! Used the MR D app to place an order which should make things easier than phone calls with unclear lines etc. Arrived a few minutes early and the order was not even captured on the system. Staff were sitting around in the store and the member who helped us complained that they were busy. Finally, had someone ignore social distancing completely while trying to get a good survey out of us. Even offered to complete the survey on our behalf so it looks a little better than our faces.Would rather visit Burger King Allens Nek!!!!!

Crispy chicken CHEESE burger came without CHEESE. Fries were cold. Explicitly stated Take-Away, sat down waiting and still got the food served on a tray (whats the point of saying take-away then?). When order was packed we had to go and ask for our drinks. Maybe staff needs some hearing tests. There was no Mirinda available. Avoid at all costs, youre better of going to McDonalds.

I was made to wait for my order and it was empty. Got home only to find that a burger was missing from my order.

Shocking service. Disorganised. 10 min for an ice cream. Wow.

Overall pretty good one. Had a few order issues, like Chilly Cheese Bites being either old, or overcooked, but in general the rest of the order is usually spot on.

This was the worst experience. My wife ordered from Burger King Wilgeheuwel and not only was the order not complete. The cheese burger tasted off. They are also selling items that they dont have and force you to accept lousy alternatives. I regret buying from them and will make sure that people I know about my experience. I wasted my money and time. They actually deserve a ZERO star rating!

It was my first experience, and they gave me the wrong order and short with one burger. I am not impressed with their quality of service and their honesty. There was 2 errors with 3 burgers ordered. I find this totally unacceptable. I will accept a years supply of Burger King as an apology.

I have had bad experience after bad experience at this branch. Either the staff dont bother to listen long enough to get your order rung up correctly, its packed incorrectly with my onion rings not packed several times or fries and onion rings are hard and re-fried several times. Today the lettuce on my original chicken sandwich were brown gross and wilted. Disgusting!!!!Will never support them again!

I honestly wish there was no stars for HOW Rude the staff is at this Burger King!!!I have been now twice and both times there have been incidents whereby staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. So much for having a decent meal. Id rather spend my money and time elsewhere.
