The training was well structured and thought provoking. Training started with theory basics and self evaluation. The tasks were progressively more complex and challenging. The tasks focussed on the different types of facilitated learning; theory &, practical as well as the challenges of disruptive environments. The home-based projects broadened understanding of SETA and and unit standards as well as Outcome-based Education and TrainingOn top of all of the above we were well fed and looked after. And the cherry on top; it was a lot of fun!
