I have to restrain myself as I write this because truly I am so angry. Firstly I was put on the wrong plan even when I specifically asked for the Platinum Plan. I then called in to rectify this and the attitude of the customer care consultants is appalling to say the least. A month later i still am in arrears because of their mistake and i still am on the wrong plan. I m at a loss honestly.
Very secure office park and you also receive friendly service on the reception area with all Covid 19 protective equipment.
