Very disappointed with the way in which some of the people who were being trained there were treated. Good well known range of products in the ethnic hair market especially but their sales team leaves a lot to be desired as they are merchandisers being thrown into a rep or promoting position. A strong competitor with a knowledgeable sales force who know how to sell will take market share from them if they are not careful
