Not happy at all except for the black lady at the Factory shop. She is awesome friendly and helpfull. The white lady ring up the wrong amount.. i m stiil waiting for the R145 to reflect on my account. I do understand that can happen. But she assured me the money will reect almost immediatly. Can someone please assist. When I bought the 3 dinner services square like abotv4 years ago I was assured it is a continue range. Just to find out it is not. I wanted to replace 3 plates 4 mugs and 4 pudding bowls as well as 2 sideplates. It broked last week all at once after the saleslady told me ut is scrath chipresistant and you actually had tk throw it very hard to break. I ve been buying from your people since the 70ties when you were still in Lindhaven. Thanking you

Absolutely PATHETIC Service.i walked in and ask for a certain jar. i get told where to go and look, the woman working there didnt bother to hear the rest of my inquiry and left me standing there to return to her desk and carry on with her cellphone. no wonder its never busy there. that is my 2nd visit and my last. Truly PATHETIC

Its a convenient place to look for all your catering needs and beautiful vases for the house or weddings.

We walked into the store with no one greeting us. When we ask for help we had to wait because ALL the staff was busy packing a box. After an hour of looking around and asking prices on items, the staff members only notified us that they only sell in bulk. I had to read the fine print on website and on the one building there is a small sticker that shows they are retailers.
