I for one was not a coffee lover but yesterday l tasted the best coffee Ther is the staff members were kind advised me on the best coffee and gave me a better understanding of what l was purchasing .Iam yet to go back .Had the best experience .

Placed an order via Uber Eats and they didn’t have stock, so I changed my order. Then I got a call that they didn’t have enough stock of the new thing which the gentleman then said he would see what plan he can make. When I put down the phone the order was cancelled. Cowardice, terrible management and terrible service. Very disappointing.

When the staff can’t take a simple order you have to wonder how on earth they are employed!I ordered a double shot Latte in a medium cup and toasted bacon and cheese... received a large latte and a toasted bacon and egg 🤷‍♂️Best of all, I ordered from the manager (Mondi) 🤣🤣🤣I won’t be surprised if this business doesn’t last. @vidacafe you have failed

Honestly Pathetic, ordered two days in a row through ubereats and my order arrives with the correct stickers but incorrect order.

The service is below par compared to other vida stores. Not friendly and they dont know how to make the coffee frios properly. Its the second time Ive had this experience.
