It is a rustic pub under a lovely pecan tree with a layed back ambiance and great thin crusted pizzas made outside in a wood fired oven.Reasonable prices and great taste not the first time there and not the last time either. Play area and child friendly !!

Buzbar is a typical local pub. There is a fully stocked bar as well as a stage area for live performances. We only visited for drinks (the prices were reasonable), but I hear the food is also good. I also saw they have a wood-fired pizza oven.

No frills, no fuss bar with good affordable food and drinks. The beer is always cold and brandy is always on special. Just ask for a special and youll get one. Service is always friendly - no complaints except for the very limited wine list. With so many good affordable wines available in the valley the selection could be expanded, IMHO.

Delicious Pizza. Try the Brie, fig and rocket pita. Beer is cold, service is standard and the staff and owner are friendly and helpful. Some dishes made on open fires and woodfired pizza. Drop by when you are in town.

Possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten... I have had 3 in the last 4 days... utterly unpretentious, no craft beers here please, this is a must if you want to mix with the Robertson locals. The draught beer (Castle and Castle Lite) is served ice cold in chilled glasses. If Wynand the owner asks you for a game of darts beware he used to play at International level....he can also get your car valeted in the morning, he did that for me and a great job too. Super service all around!

Awesome atmosphere. It took me some time to find it as it is quite hidden away. Great food and ice cold beer. Squeezed in between Langeberg Grondverskuiwings and Wheels 4 Us is a nice little nook to sit at the bar speak to the locals and catch up on some local news. Food prices and booze prices is respectable and totally worth it. Try the burger special 2 for R80. Well worth it. Great respect to the chef. The pizzas look amazing and you can build them as you like. Smoking area and non smoking areas to cater for both needs. The pizza oven is visible so you can see the chef build it and cook it. Beautiful outside area with wooden benches so you can take the whole family out for some pizza. For the single person or businessman you can get away with spending about R200 on a meal and a couple of drinks. The staff is helpful and friendly. They really make you feel at home. This is definitely my new local in Robertson. Should you ever find yourself in Robertson go taste the wine but come to Buzbar to have some fun and fill your belly at affordable prices. Well worth it. Alcohol is alchohol cant get it wrong ! Reqested a perticular wine with the owner to stock 3 weeks back , still has not been put into stock ?? I am a non- smoker So for me I find the place intoxicating with Smokers who in general have no consideration for non smokers or the SA smoking policys . CLEARLY not enforced by the owner!! Its a MENS bar not woman freindly.
