Why are huge trucks allowed to park in the forecourt of the Shell garage over night? Some gas trucks and refrigeration trucks with compressor noise keeping residents awake all night. The Owner does nothing about it. Surely it’s a safety hazard, what if the gas truck leaks or catches on fire?

Always great service, staff is friendly.

I have always held this service station in high regard, but after today I am seriously disappointed. I refuel with diesel amounting sometimes to more than R2000 a week at times at this service station. Today I filled with over R800 and my window was so dirty. The attendant did not offer to clean it. I parked in front of the attendants office or room. Started to do my own window. Walked across the cort yard twice to use the window washer. I even filled my window washer fluid using my own can of water. I will try not to stop here again if I dont have to.

This place does false advertising to draw the people. On the big advert board it shows diesel for R15.09/Lt but when I filled up it cost me R16.10/Lt. When I asked why they told me that is the lower grade diesel. Will rather go somewhere else next time

Coffee always good here... Diesel fuel price on 500ppm is very competitive as they are probably catering for all the surrounding farms. I always fill here as they normally are the best priced on route but the diesel 50ppm is not the best priced on route I found Agri in Worcester beat their price.

We had car trouble in Robertson last Saturday night. The cause of an overheating problem was very difficult to locate. One of the pump attendants did his best to help. He then went to the station manager to get more help. He and another gentleman also were mystified by the problem, but they recommended that I contact a cooling system specialist. On Sunday, the specialist from Cool Core went far out of his way to help and sent us on our way with the assurance that we could drive our car two hours to get home. Extra special from everyone.
