Second time I have been there and documents misplaced. Delivered affidavit on the 13 Mar. Traffic fine section was closed for lunch so gave it to a lady at the enquiries desk. Well doc has disappeared and now going to have to go to my lawyer to soort out.

Try and avoid this town. The traffic department are massive extortionists setting up speed cameras all along the N2 to make your drive through this town a regrettable one. Even if you think you are driving the correct speed, trust them to fine you anyway. Shame on you! Get your lunch money elsewhere. Corrupt thieves!

The worst service in any place! Early morning I wanted to renew my license, on which I was told I cant without my Original I.D.... I have traveled 30min to get here! I asked if someone can mail one, which led to them shouting at me that I want them to break the law! (I just wanted a little help, could bring the I.D next time I come through)That there.. I made a plan, got my original I.D etc. When I arrived I was told that I can wait 30min because they are now taking lunch! How is there NO ONE that can continue there work while the others are on lunch!Just a little humanity and working in shifts can go a long way! Or give us a place in Stilbaai so that we can do it there and not have to drive all the way to Riversdal!

Weak. Do not help you call Riversdale traffic. No one answers. Expect to stand +10 min and wait before you decide to push yourself to death.

They can easily hire more assistants to help the hordes of clients. Only one client is admitted at a time and the others have to stand in the bloody heat, and then the assistants still go to dinner as well. Poor planning on your part

Covid has but one impact on everything, but the employees are still friendly and helpful.
