Disgusted by the service I received from the Richards bay branch. Please send your staff to be trained properly. They cant give proper advise and they make empty promises to clients. I am so disappointed. I ordered an item using fashion express delivert option, paid the extra fee for the service only to not recieve my purchase and to phone an follow up continously.
